Hellcarrier is your standard top-down view arcade shooting game, and does nothing to distinguish itself from the glut of similar freeware games available. Piloting a Hellcarrier helicopter for the United Nations, players must exact revenge on terrorists who have invaded Europe. The missions vary from search and rescue to all out assault, and controlling the helicopter couldn't be easier. These positive aspects, however, are very soon overshadowed by the games numerous flaws. The graphics in Hellcarirer are poor, to say the least, and the sound isn't much better. The game play soon lapses into a monotonous pattern and fails to offer any entertainment beyond the opening few levels. To top it off, Hellcarrier is riddled with bugs, so be prepared for annoying random crashes to the desktop. It's a pity, as Hellcarrier has the potential to be an entertaining helicopter arcade game, but is severely hampered by a few fundamental flaws.

Pilot your top class helicopter in a set of varying missions. Take out hostile forces, rescue POWs and make sure you upgrade your helicopter to stand a chance in the final fight against the terrorists. The game includes both desert and arctic missions. Select the co-pilot which most suits your needs and take off!
