NoBrowserOptions, that is the name of the game. Internet explorer settings lock is not freeware at all. It is a registry file (REG file) which enables the NoBrowserOptions settings in the windows registry information. The only foreseeable usage for this is to prevent your kids or staff (same difference) from fiddling around with the Internet explorer settings. You merely double-click the file to run it and Lo and behold, your IE7 tools cannot be accessed. Low points for sheer laziness.
