Internet Explorer 3 really makes you appreciate today's technology. No tabs, no support for style sheets or frames or Flash or anything! Frightening, yes I know. This is how our parents would use the internet, back in the dark days of the 90Â’s. Internet Explorer 3 is a museum piece, if there is ever an internet museum that is. My cell phones browser is more advanced than this. ItÂ’s funny because I had so much appreciation for Internet Explorer 3 when I used it as a schoolchild and now I could care less if it is wiped off the internet itself. Download for nostalgia, not for ease of use.

If you are a web developer or just have a curiosity of how the web looks in Internet Explorer 3 then you may download this stand alone version that will run on your system alongside any other Internet Explorer installation without interfering.

Did you know Internet Explorer 3 does not support cascading stylsheets? Yes, it's that old.
