In the realm of basic arcade racing games, Need for extreme comes out on the bottom. Horrible graphics and a painful soundtrack. But hey, what can you expect for free? A lot more then this. From a top down perspective you glide one of four cars across the highway all before the time expires. You can pick up a fantastically useless machine gun and a turbo boost while attempting to make it to the finish line. Need for extreme barely limps into third place.

You are to take a new route full of obstacles in a limited period of time at each level. The obstacles reduce the speed, skid your car or cause a car crash.
