There are no prizes for guessing what this utility does. Yes, as the name not so subtly suggests, Caps Lock On basically enables the caps lock when your PC is booted up. Why anyone would want to use this though is beyond me. People who like writing in capital letters and are too lazy to reach all the way over to the far left of the keyboard to hit the caps lock key? There really is no point in downloading this utility at all. ItÂ’s a complete and utter waste of time and serves no purpose what so ever. ItÂ’s difficult to take Caps Lock On seriously and the download, although only a few kilobytes, is still not worth the time or effort.
