EmAvi is an excellent freeware application for customizing the borders of .AVI animation files. Whether enhancing animations or simply adding some colour, shapes or even text, .AVI files can be quickly and conveniently edited and saved with minimum hassle. A clean, simple user interface is presented in such a way as to ensure a very gentle learning curve; and just about any user will feel comfortable with the application in a matter of minutes. On the downside, only text, shape and border customization is available, and animations themselves cannot be edited. Yes, there are many fonts and colors to choose from, but some extra animation editing and enhancement features would definitely have sweetened the deal. As it stands, EmAvi is a useful, albeit rather limited, .AVI border customizing application.

EmAvi is software to edit the frames of AVI animation files. Text, shapes and lines can be added to the frames of the animation. The thickness of lines can be changed and shapes can be filled with color. The font and color of text can be changed as well as the color of shapes. EmAvi can be used to conveniently add text, such as a company's URL and/or copyright to AVI animation files. Another idea is to use it to add arrows to the frames of animation files to direct the viewer's attention. You can then compress and save the changes using EmAvi.
