DragonBall Z Millenium is the maddest fighter you may ever play. Right away you are presented with countless fighters to choose from. Every one of them plays kind of the same, but at least they all look different. DragonBall Z Millenium uses the MUGEN engine, a free to edit fighting game creation kit. That means that DragonBall Z Millenium was built purely out of love for the DragonBall Z universe. Unfortunately despite cool sound effects and tasty graphics, DragonBall Z Millenium's gameplay is awful. None of your moves seem to have any real impact on your fighting. Punches and kicks seem to just phase through your opponents. This is a fighter with looks only and no brains.
