Video MSU Cartoonizer VirtualDub plugin is a great little freeware plugin for the popular video editing tool “Virtualdub”, and allows you to make any ordinary images and videos look like oil paintings, cartoon animations or even pencil sketches. The possibilities are truly endless, especially when you consider the seemless ease with which the plugin is integrated into the VirtualDub interface. With a range of adjustable options, from pencil and brush thickness to color randomization and saturation, the functionality and appeal of this tool is very impressive. At this point it must be pointed out that Video MSU Cartoonizer VirtualDub plugin is intended for Virtualdub users only, and if you don’t have VirtualDub installed or aren’t familiar with its intricacies, then you will obviously not be able to use this plugin. Let that not detract from the overall excellence of this utility however. It is a terrific way to add some nice animation and painting touches to images and videos and, comes highly recommended for all VirtualDub users.
