AVS DVD Player is sturdy, albeit limited DVD Player for use on your PC. As one would expect from such a utility, file support for DVD and video files is present, but this unfortunately isnÂ’t the case for the various other media file formats. AVS DVD Player is about as simple as media applications come, so users should have no difficult navigating the streamlined interface. The downside of this is that the utility is disappointingly light on extra features, and users familiar with some of the more powerful DVD playing utilities available will notice this instantly. This is only really a minor annoyance and shouldn't be a deterrent for anyone seeking a solid DVD player, as AVS DVD Player is just that when it comes to DVD playback. Being a relatively small download, and with no bundled spyware or Adware, AVS DVD Player is a decent, free DVD playing application.
