These cookie files have expiry dates, and, unfortunately Windows doesn’t clear out your old cookies once they expire, allowing them instead to accumulate over time and take up valuable hard drive space. Expired Cookies Cleaner is a freeware utility for overcoming this issue, and allows you to quickly and conveniently scan and remove all expired cookies from your PC. The utility can be operated via command line or a simple, clear, graphical interface and the output is saved in log files. Unfortunately, Expired Cookies Cleaner doesn’t have any special features or extra functions to enhance its appeal, and considering that cookies can be cleaned out manually without much difficulty, it’s difficult to really recommend this application. Still, as far as an automated temporary internet file removal tool, Expired Cookies Cleaner is a decent option and does an adequate job.
