CommandBurner is one handy command line CD/DVD authoring tool. Any pc user worth his salt knows that it is the command line where the most power can be gleaned. CommandBurner has a windows interface as well, but darn it if I did not enjoy writing from the Dos prompt rather. Note that CommandBurner is very simple in execution but the lack of a complicated interface actually seemed to speed up my DVD authoring.
