Access is the defacto Standard for SQL application creation. But can everyone afford to pay the ludicrous fees for such a tool? SqlPro contains some of it the tools Access has and more. SqlPro has an Explorer-like interface, syntax highlighting, also native data source connection for Oracle, MySql, Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Access. Basically all you will need for Database creation. Did I mention SqlPro was free?
