XP Antipsy is a small, simple utility that performs a very useful task indeed. Any Windows XP users will be aware of the annoying update and authentication features built into the operating system. There can be no denying that, despite their limited use, these features more often than not lead to utter frustration. Take the automatic update function for example. It runs constantly in the background, using valuable resources and plaguing you every so often to connect to the internet and check for updates. Another such feature is the error reporting which pops up after a critical system error, asking if you want to report the incident to Microsoft. While these features mean no harm, they certainly do get in the way. XP Antispy steps in nicely at this point, and conveniently removes all of these annoying features with the utmost of ease. All you have to do is select which features you wish to disable, and XP Antispy does the rest. It only takes a minute and makes life with Windows XP much easier. This utility is a welcome addition to any Windows XP PC, and performs a very simple yet very valuable task with excellent efficiency
