Sometimes, I am lost for words. Tic Tac Toe is hard to describe. It offers you nothing but a basic game of Tic Tac Toe. Two people can of course compete and the PC can also launch its AI opponents at you. The PC is very easy to beat so I suggest really only playing this game with a friend. Tic Tac Toe won't keep you interested for very long, but while it does at least you will be entertained.
