The web-based interface design makes it instantly recognizable and very easy to use, and the utility allows for the creation and editing of databases, SQL statement execution and also comes with comprehensive data exporting features. This version of phpMyAdmin includes a new graphical relation manager and vastly improved speed on servers with thousands of databases. Also present is a useful calendar on the search page. Overall, a very neat, simple yet comprehensive management tool for the effective administration of a MySQL database.
