Omniquade personal firewall is decent enough, in a very standard sort of way. All the usual tools such as port scanning and program exceptions are included, but it offers nothing to differentiate itself from the crowd. Omniquade personal firewall also lacks some of the features of a fully fledged firewall tool such as automatic program updates, but hey. You get what you pay for. Better freeware firewall tools exist.
